Fred is a good friend of mine I have known for many years (he wasn't that big when I first met him!). He is French and an extremely charming and nice young man. He is also participating in a big Body Building competition in Tampa, Florida this Friday.

Nina, You can also use Fred if you will be in need: Earlier this year I rented a house to a guy that looked exactly like him. He had his website, videos etc. So he was all over internet. And If someone was even a little unpleasant to me, I found it effective if I sent the rude person an email with XY picture with a comment: If you will not change your attitude - Dennis will “talk” to you.
